We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ottolenghi purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
