Tahini Linzer Hearts with Halva Cream

Traditionally, a linzer is an Austrian torte. Our Linzer Hearts are cookies: sweet halva cream squashed between butter-rich shortbread, topped with a dollop of raspberry jam and finished with a sprinkling of glittery sugar. Tahini lends a nuttiness and jam keeps things fresh. Warning: they’ll disappear quickly.
