Rose Meringues with Caramelised White Chocolate

Crisp on the outside, chewy in the middle—just as a good meringue should be. A splash of rose water keeps the sweetness in check, with a few petals and pistachios dusted on top, while caramelised white chocolate adds a rich, toasty edge. Best enjoyed with a cup of tea or a handful of spring berries.
