Raspberry and Morello Cherry Jam

Quality jam is about quality fruit. Fresh raspberries and morello cherries come together to make this sharp, zingy and slightly sweet jam. Spread on toast, of course, but also try it as a filling for a Victoria sponge or swirled into some natural yoghurt.
