Radiatori is a type of short and chunky pasta with ruffled edges. It pairs excellently with any tomato-based sauce or pesto. Capparelli pasta is made from premium Italian durum wheat sourced from Puglia, Tuscany, Sicily, and Campania. These farmers are part of the Coldiretti association within the Prime Terre project—a project that guarantees a controlled supply chain prioritising sustainability.
