Preserved Lemon Paste

Preserved lemons are lemons that have been packed in salt and lemon juice. Essentially, they’re pickled lemons. They bring a savoury tang to stews, braises, dressings and sauces that can’t be replicated using fresh fruit. We’ve made cooking with preserved lemon even more simple with this Preserved Lemon Paste.
