Pine Nuts

Pine nuts are small, oval nuts with a pale colour and sweet flavour. Yes, they really do come from pine cones. It's not a true Pesto alla Genovese recipe without them but you'll also find them floating in Korean punch. Toast and sprinkle over a salad or roasted vegetables.
