Lemon and Vanilla Marmalade

This marmalade is for those who don’t like bitter citrus on their toast. A lemon marmalade that’s both sweet and tart – almost like a lemon curd. Spread on toast, of course, but also try swirling it through a lemon drizzle cake or glazing a wintry steamed pudding.
