Gingerbread (Lebkuchen) Amaretti

We’ve brought together two of our favourite treats. Amaretti are classic Italian cookies — crisp at the edges with a chewy centre. Ours are gingerbread-inspired, made with cinnamon, clove, allspice, ginger, and a little honey. They take the cosy flavours of Christmas and mix them with an Italian favourite. Perfect for enjoying at home when the weather’s cold — and delicious all year round.
