Dried Sour Cherries

Sour cherries are deliciously tart and sweet. Slice them up and pop them in tagines or salads - they compliment grains and pulses wonderfully. They’re also perfect for cakes and puddings and are a great foil for rich chocolate in squidgy brownies.
