Chocolate Ripple Cookies

The Chocolate Ripple cookie is from COMFORT and is used in the Chocolate ripple fridge cake, where it is sandwiched together with cream and left overnight to soften, turning it into a soft sponge-like texture. It is our version of the famous Australian biscuit brand, Arnott's Choc Ripple, which is what would normally be used for this cake. It's a very plain, but moreish cookie, begging to be made into the cake or just simply eaten on its own, dunked into a nice hot cup of tea or coffee!
